Returns Policy

We really hope you love your new items of clothing, but we also understand that somtimes things just don’t fit! So if you need to return an item here is our returns policy:

 

Refunds minus postage will be issued for anything returned to us within 21 days of the item being posted to you. 

 

Please email us info@roarsandrainbows.com to obtain a returns number prior to returning your item. 

 

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in ‘new condition’ (no pet hair, make up or odours).

 

Bespoke sizes

Please note any items that are requested to be made different to the standard sizes – ie longer/shorter length, longer body length etc cannot be returned as these have been made to your own specifications and are classed as a personalised item.

 

Any items returned after 21 days, without a returns number or not in ‘new condition’ will not be refunded or exchanged.

 

Any orders that are cancelled before the order has been fulfilled will be subject to a 5% administration fee, meaning the refund you receive will be 5% less than the total amount you paid. This is to cover banking charges that I will have incurred. 

 

We are unable to refund any postage costs and recommend returning items to us using recorded delivery so you can trace your item.
